Data Deletion Instructions
How to disconnect a connected account and request deletion of your Mercidia data
Last updated: August 2026
Mercidia is operated by NaNZeta LLC. This page explains how to stop a connected source from being accessed by Mercidia and how to request deletion of data associated with your Mercidia account or workspace.
Disconnect a connected source
- Sign in to Mercidia and open the connector editor.
- Disconnect the source connection for the workspace.
- If the source is Meta Ads, also remove Mercidia from the connected apps or business integrations list in Facebook or Meta Accounts Center to revoke authorization at Meta.
Disconnecting stops Mercidia from using the source credentials or authorization for future requests. Revoking access with a provider also prevents future access at that platform. Data already copied into Mercidia is handled through the deletion request process below.
Request deletion
Email privacy@nanzeta.com with the subject line Mercidia data deletion request. Include:
- The email address used for your Mercidia account
- The Mercidia workspace name or ID, if known
- The connected source and external account identifier, if applicable
- Whether you want eligible workspace data removed or only connected-platform data removed
We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and authority to make the request. We will acknowledge the request, assess any applicable legal or contractual retention requirement, and remove eligible Mercidia-side personal data within 30 days.
What is covered
A deletion request may cover your Mercidia profile, eligible workspace data, connected-source credentials or tokens, imported commerce, campaign, analytics, and performance data, reports, and other personal data associated with your account. We may retain information where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, transaction records, or a product-plan retention period. Aggregated or anonymized information that cannot identify you may remain.
Mercidia does not control third-party systems. To request deletion of information held by a provider, use that provider's privacy and account controls directly. Revoking Mercidia's access does not itself delete data held by the provider or other third-party platforms.
